Booneville NC Town Hall, Burst Pipe

The flooded Town Hall in Boonville NC was the result of a police officer washing his car. When he turned off the water the pipe broke inside the wall! SERVPRO of Davie and Yadkin Counties was there at 7:00 pm that evening to begin the dry out.  The poor unsuspecting police officer ended up flooding the entire town hall and connecting police station due to an improperly installed cutoff valve inside the wall.  Prompt response and extraction of standing water will drastically cut the amount of time required to dry out your property.  Extraction of standing water is much more efficient than dehumidification at moisture removal.  In other words, the faster we arrive and start the extraction process, the less water is left behind for the dehumidifiers.  This results in a faster dry time for our customers.
