Soot Damage in Advance NC

I never would have believed that burning candles could produce so much damage until I was called to inspect this home.  The renter would burn  candles all day long in multiple rooms of the home.  She called SERVPRO of Davie and Yadkin Counties because she thought she had a mold problem.  Our inspection was able to identify the actual cause. The before picture show the effects of burning candles in this Advance NC home. Unfortunately for the property owner this caused extensive soot damage to the entire residence. SERVPRO of Davie and Yadkin Counties was able to clean the home, “Like it never even happened.”
