Fire Damage in Advance, NC

When lightning struck this house in Kinderton Village, Advance, NC it burned the natural gas line in two at the stove. The resulting fire created smoke and soot damage throughout the two story home. SERVPRO of Davie and Yadkin Counties was able to remove, deodorize and clean all fire damaged contents.  All fire damaged building materials that could not be salvaged were removed. All remaining structure and materials were cleaned and deodorized to remove any trace of smoke odor. Readying the house for re-occupancy by the homeowner.  Odor and smoke removal is a multi layered process requiring the understanding and proper execution of each stage.  Skipping steps or choosing the incorrect process can result in less than optimal deodorization results and an unhappy customer.
