We have technicians trained in best practices, following the guidelines of the IICRC--Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, in FSRT fire and smoke damage and AMRT applied microbial remediation. We understand the cleanup and restoration of both fire and water leading to mold infestation issues. Between the hearth, not visible, on one side and the water access point, we can remove the non-salvageable flooring and subfloor materials, dry out and fix the leak, and apply an antifungal agent to help prevent mold growth from returning in this area.
